The service includes the Call the Waiter app, which lets guests at your venue call a waiter to their table when they want to pay, place an order or request something else. It speeds up operations and helps waiters and serving staff work faster and more efficiently. The service can be upgraded with mobile payments and ordering directly through the app.

The service gives hospitality businesses a modern way to collect, record and manage Google and Tripadvisor reviews. It also lets guests rate waiters, helping you manage your team and award bonuses and rewards. We offer custom plaques or QR codes for your venue. You can place them on tables, or waiters can show them to guests after serving them and taking payment.

The service includes a digital menu with photos, descriptions and prices of food and drinks, accessible to guests on their phones via an NFC plaque or QR code. You can manage your menu, prices and appearance through the dashboard, without reprinting menus. XML price list archiving is included in the digital menu price. From 17 November 2026, retailers and service providers with websites are subject to the requirement to publish machine-readable price lists in XML or CSV format and keep them available for 30 days after publication or each change.
